thats cause you dont have enough time to make it to that sweet, sweet R.E.M, its why u dont feel rested. They once did a test with this guy at a lab that nobody liked and they monitored his sleeping and woke him up as soon as he went into rapid eye movement and they did it for a week and he died…
Not too sure about the story by #4 up there. But the rem sleep is true. I guess there’s a rem sleep cycle. If you hit the sweet spot at around 2 hours or so, you’ll wake up refreshed. Cycle is different for each individual. Mine is about 1 hour 50 minutes.
I feel the same way after a nap which is why i never do.
I too don’t like to frequent the naptrix. It just makes me wanna go back to sleep when I get up. I usually end up more tired than when I started.

Really? Sometimes when I get tired when I’m studying I just take a ten minute nap and then I’m good to go for hours.
