Of course, if you really want to vaporize alcohol, they actually make Alcohol vaporizers. In the states, a couple states have talked about banning them.
A bar in London actually made an alcoholic cloud as a stunt a couple years ago. I remember reading it in a odd news article. They mixed Gin and tonic water and then vaporized it. They were careful to keep the alcohol content to 1/4th of the total content for fear of fired. Alcohol is flammable after all.
