I happen to be familiar with the store in question, and I can assure you that the bird is extremely intelligent, and although it comes out at night, it has managed to avoid appearing whenever the pest control people have been there.
Also, nobody has ever noticed its poop yet, from what I can tell.
the other day as I shopped a bird was “grazing” on the fresh carrot tops…needs to say, I purchased the bagged ones….
